The best staff, food and activities out of all the other local communities. Just visit and talk to the seniors who live there. Many have lived in other places and they all told me that the Villas has the most personality. They attribute it to the private ownership and the fact that the owners are in their community daily. Without wanting to be repetitious, I echo many of the sentiments in the other reviews. I would rate San Clemente Villas By The Sea with a Triple E rating: Excellent, Extraordinary, & Exceptional. You would be hard-pressed to find any place that comes close to matching this amazing experience in what may be described as a luxurious senior assisted living community. I have half a dozen friends who have moved their parents into the Villas and all have been extremely happy with the results. The ambiance and culture are friendly and inviting. The quality and quantity of activities are awesome. The staff is very caring and there is very low turnover. In my opinion, the reason for the success of San Clemente Villas in fostering such a sense of community among both staff and residents are the actively involved caring owners Paul and Aileen Brazeau. What they have created is a unique type of place that many are proud to call their home.

Again it is my hope to only review business where I have experienced kindness. Paul and Aileen Brazeu the owners of this RCFE are the kindest most down to earth couple you know. It shows in the little amenities they offer the residents.. Aileen herself picks out the holiday meals and they are fancy such as King Lobster.

There is a soda machine in the lobby along with cookies or snacks at all times.
If you have to place an Elder in care there is no better place than the Villas. From the moment you talk to the affable Stephanie Alter the marketing manager you know you have come home. Stephanie qualifies your loved one to make sure they will feel comfortable in this five star facility.. If it is not a fit she is not shy about hooking you up with their inn house Gerontologist to find a more appropriate placement.

If Stephanie determines your loved one would be happy at the Villas she than passes you on to Rae Bright a charming nurse who will determine if it is a medical fit for your loved one.

Independent residents enjoy their own apartment with restaurant style dining and their is a locked Alzheimer's ward charmingly called the West Indies.
When looking for care for your Elder the Villas should be your first stop as they take pride in service and if they do not fit for you they will make suggestions based on their vast experience with Senior and Aileen's excellent networking skills afford her the ability to mention a more appropriate placement if you do not find their culture a fit for your /Senior.

It is a very active and social community and the average age is 86. If your loved one enjoys party's and fun and a hotel style atmosphere with all the amenities then you will have found home.
